You tell me the idea, the stone or the context. Then I draw, model in 3D and work the metal — for jewellery, interiors, yachting, family stones.

Drawing and modelling
Hand drawing and, when the piece requires it, 3D modelling. The design takes shape before touching metal.

Workshop
Metalwork: micro-torch, setting, hand finishing. Burin engraving on jewellery and watch cases with the GraverMax.

Gemmological control
Verification of stones and setting in the gemmological lab, before delivery.

About
My name is Francesco Ponzi. I am a goldsmith and gemmologist, and I work in Bagnacavallo in the family workshop — the same bench where I learned the craft. Here you find bespoke commissions: jewellery, but also objects that do not sit in a shop window — yacht handles, interior details, pieces built around a stone you already bring. I work across Italy and abroad. I do not sell from a catalogue and I do not show prices: every piece starts with a conversation.
